设计师改造空间，只是欠一个想象。改造前的曼玲粥铺老式招牌，入口灰暗，厨房狭小，就餐区紧凑的摆着六张四人位，就餐时还需移动桌子，中午高峰期，外卖出出进进，给本就动线不明朗的空间增加拥挤度，特别下雨天，明档取餐，雨衣上的雨水很容易溅到就餐人的桌面；现如今改造后的曼玲粥铺更名为三石米蛋炒饭，空间更是改善了之前所有尴尬与困局。
Designers make space, just owe an imagination. Before the renovation, the manling porridge shop had an old-fashioned signboard. The entrance was dark and the kitchen was narrow. The dining area was tightly packed with six four-person seats. When eating, the table needed to be moved. At the peak of noon, the outside was sold out, and the space where the line was not clear was increased. congestion. In particular, rainy days, clear food, rain on the raincoat can easily splash on the table of the diners; Now that the transformed Manling porridge shop has been renamed Sanshi Rice Fried Rice, the space has improved all the embarrassment and difficulties before.
白色新置的门头在老城区楼下，形成鲜明的对比，蓝色铝板与室内相呼应，穿孔的意义在于厨房排烟管的遮挡，既实用又美观。让这扇“新”的门头与这排老城区交谈，试着唤醒整条街道的灰暗。

在设计前客户就出两个难题，一是本就2米6的层高，梁下只有2米4的情况下，厨房的排风管需要穿过就餐区，在门头处排到室外；二是原有饮料柜和消毒柜需要保留，还需增加自助加饭和小菜挑选区。

Second, the original beverage cabinets and antiseptic cabinets need to be retained, but also need to increase the selection of self-service rice and side dishes.
设计预想，先为布局，化零为整，解决动线，增加就餐位；次为空间，解决客户给的难题，不影响使用功能的情况下解决美观度。

门头摒弃老式招牌，直接刷白，打上两盏光束灯；面街置吧台，人多时为就餐位，高峰时为外卖台，不影响入口宽敞度，天气晴朗时，阳光直接照到入口空地上，和阳光一起就餐，丰富了食客的就餐体验；中间设有玻璃砖隔断，分化人流动线，进出分明，提高效率；墙面的大片镜子，给原本细长的空间增加宽敞度和通透感；圆形的造型隔断，视觉上若隐若现的阻挡了饮料柜和消毒柜，转移食客的注意力，与门头的造型相辅相成，成为整体。
入口左侧1.5米长的收银台改观常规小餐饮的收银区，四边围和形成一个独立的空间体，食客由进门处自选食物付款，不影响内部就餐。吧台右侧半圆造形可以阻挡饮料柜的视线，不至于让五颜六色的瓶瓶罐罐破坏空间的整体性。

左侧大面银镜延伸整个空间的宽度，墙面造型破坏银镜生硬度，有效的融合到整个空间中，大理石桌面，简洁亦可以纯粹，透明椅背让空间更具通透感，以简驭繁，打造不一样的就餐体验。
